Gas vehicles generally use natural gas or compressed natural gas, so gas vehicles generally have CNG Injection Kits or CNG Conversion Kits. Today we talk about the fuel injection system of compressed natural gas.
A fuel injection system refers to a fuel supply device that uses a fuel injector to directly inject a certain amount of fuel into a cylinder or intake port under a certain pressure. According to the different types of injected fuel, it can be divided into gasoline injection system, diesel injection system, gas fuel injection system, and so on. According to the different control methods, it can be divided into mechanical control type, electronic control type, and electromechanical hybrid control type.
When the engine runs under different working conditions, the requirements for the mixture concentration are also different. Especially in some special working conditions (such as starting, rapid acceleration, rapid deceleration, etc.), there are special requirements for the mixture concentration. The ECU should control the fuel injection volume in different ways according to the operating conditions measured by the relevant sensors. The control methods of fuel injection amount can be divided into start control, operation control, fuel cut control, and feedback control.
CNG Conversion Kits are also used more.
