When I ordered from PHQ a couple of years back, I would typically be organizing a dinner at home for my family or some friends. Today, items such as Melts and Flatzz seem to be tailored for customers interested in grabbing themselves a nice lunch without the hassle of buying an entire pizza. I recently dined out at Pizza Hut Qatar’s Flatzz menu, particularly the Ranch Flatzz. In my opinion, the new item seems more like a contemporary lunch product than a traditional pizza. The thin crust helps to make the item lighter and more appealing when having lunch in between classes or during a break at work. The prices of the Flatzz range are also more affordable than those of a whole pizza. The Melts are equally good additions. Pliable, cheese-loaded, easily held, and easier on the hands compared to the normal pizza slices – in all fairness, the Melts can rival the type of meals that people usually order such as shawarma or sandwiches. Except, instead of fast food, you get the yummy taste of baked cheese-loaded pizza with dips and side dishes. The best part? Convenience. With the fast-paced nature of life in Qatar, there’s an occasional need to have something fast after working or studying, or even late at night with no fuss over extra money spent or food wasted.
