The plastic chairs we use are usually made of disposable plastic injection molds, which are characterized by fast processing speed, low cost and recyclability. They are widely used in restaurants, tourist attractions, meeting rooms and homes. plastic chair injection mould have been used as household product molds, and their usage rate has been high.
Although ordinary metal chairs are strong, they are too heavy, while wooden chairs are classic and beautiful, but they are too expensive and inconvenient to carry. Perhaps because plastic chairs are light and cheap, they are favored by many factories and restaurants.
The maintenance of the plastic chair injection mold is still very important, and maintenance will be more important than repair. The more times the mold is repaired, the shorter the life of the mold; the better the mold is maintained, the longer its life. Mold maintenance is mainly divided into three points:
- Daily maintenance of the mold: various movable parts, such as thimble, row, guide post, guide sleeve, refueling, mold surface cleaning and drainage are daily maintenance during mold production.
- Regular maintenance: In addition to routine maintenance, routine maintenance also includes cleaning the exhaust groove, air collecting hole, black level and exhaust, and correcting damaged and worn parts.
- Appearance maintenance: paint the outside of the mold base to prevent rust. When putting down the mold, apply anti-rust oil on the fixed mold and movable mold. The mold should be sealed to prevent dust from entering the cavity.
In addition to repairing plastic chair injection molds, many other household product mould also need maintenance. For convenience, these steps cannot be omitted.
