Well you're comparing to the way other business run their matches this is what is reality. To start with they were likely working on 2k21 for its ps4 since it was simultaneously helping them for the ps5 version. Secondly, a lot of people love to despise 2k, but it's difficult to make yet another basketball game as great as 2k has made.
