There could be some NDAs involved and there's a chance that it's similar deal as with wiki - they pay x amount of OSRS gold money for labor and resources and runelite devs then have to do xyz and keep it operating.
Since it's now there's no immediate need to switch over, but they would be quite dumb not to have some type of large scale client updates coming in the upcoming 1-5years. Everyone understands the vanilla customer is obsolete af and at all honesty over 50 percent of gamers using 3rd party customers for the game is absurd.
Oh believe me once I say I know. I see the very same issues and encounter the same problems as a player of this game also. There seems to be a focus on OSRS over Jagex than there's ever been before, so I'm hopeful we'll see more positive change.
I would advise keeping an eye out for the Gazette posts we place on the website. I understand they have been delayed somewhat recently, but the newest one will be posted shortly and they go into more detail about particular topics than I could!
Pretty sure they have been talking about issues with the engine for 6 years at this point. It will never get fixed in the event the job is never started.
I truly hope they begin looking into it since I believe that it isn't too late yet. The game is doing good and there are new items intended for the game.it is still a good option. It fixed the issue on best deal runescape gold buying site. It doesn't matter how long it takes because we are in need of a permanent fix rather than band-aid fix.
There'll never be a permanent cure to robots.
