I sort of feel like whoever bought the match should qualify for a refund... Normally when you buy sports games all the offseason moves are done ahead of the games launch.

This year whoever bought 2k, bought it in good faith that it would materialize into 2k21... Having played 2k20 and also playing 2k21 right now we are awarded 2k20.5 I truly want 
to request a refund, I am pretty sure I havent used it for two weeks, but I doubt they will give me my coupon back.There is user created rosters that are pretty legit, it's more so the whole experience, I understand the rest of the platforms have the city edition jerseys and upgraded courts.

There aren't though... Even the rookies aren't even available on these rosters. There are some fantasy rosters, but none which cheap nba 2k21 mt reflect the NBA article draft/free agency. And to  be fair we shouldn't need to do this, we're promised roster upgrades.

40 million is too tough a nut to crack. The only teams that could realistically do it would be the Celts and the Thunder, and it would leave the Celts cupboard bare, while the  Thunder do not need him, they're too young.
