I think that it's about time I get the hang of RS gold that skill. Right now, I'm 63 in that ability. But the only encounter I have with that ability (I am doing it, not the actual exp for a higher level), is from approximately 5 times going solo. I've like maybe a couple of hundred tokens and as a result of this I can not appreciate any rewards from dungeoneering (I really want a bonecrusher to get hunter/combat training). So, please enlighten me in the ways of Dungeoneering. How can I get tokens fast, what would be the best practises (and (un)written rules) of playing in a team and lastly what's this prestige item?

BTW, you have a typo in the top... Dugneon lawl. Prestige is something you do once you finish all your floors. Let's say I'd Floor 1 using Prestige 1. Prestige 1 means I finished 1 floor then pressed on the prestige button. But let us say I was on Floor 31 and I'd Prestige 1: I would get reduced XP. Prestige, as well as Floor, are the foundation XP rates for your dungeon you finish (then, level-mod, deaths, etc.. slip in). Consequently, if you complete 30 floors, you press prestige, after which you do flooring 31. You are xp should be approximately 100%, because of the average between your stature and your floor. So, that is prestige.

In a team, you should always have the equivalent of a tool kit (whether bought or bound) as well as laws/cosmics or astrals if you have any additional ess. CRUSH skeletons. Attack fashions are a major thing in dugneoneering. BIND a 2h sword (the best you can get), in case you don't possess the smithing level to make it, go to'Dung Smith' FC. As Soon as You get a Shadow Silk Hood out of a nighttime spider, then bind that as well - until then, use the highest tier platebody (again,'Dung Smith' FC)

Together with the upcoming Defence reset, I've got the chance to reset to level 1 defence. However, this will make me unable to cheap OSRS gold use Power armour, and locks out the vital Freedom ability. I could train back up to level 34 at a flash, but what is the point of the reset afterward? Another issue is that PvP is pretty much dead except for warbands, also together with the change of mechanics at warbands, there's hardly any benefit to having a very low combat level anymore.
