The maintenance of the CNG device should be carried out simultaneously with the maintenance of all levels of the car.

(1) Before leaving the vehicle, check the fastening of all parts, deal with loose fastening parts in time, check the temperament, pipelines and connections for leaks, and deal with any leaks in time.

(2) Check the high-pressure pipeline filter element and solenoid valve element once a month, and adjust the pressure of various pressure reducing valves.

(3) Overhaul the pressure reducing valve and air supply system once every six months, and the damaged parts should be replaced in time.

(4) According to the "Gas Cylinder Safety Supervision Regulations" of the National Labor Bureau, natural gas cylinders are tested once every two years. Those who fail to pass should be replaced in time, and the test card should be filled out after the test.

(5) Always keep the CNG system and the air filter element clean and complete.

(6) When the natural gas pipeline needs to be disassembled for maintenance of the engine, a clean cotton cloth should be used to block the joints to prevent foreign matter from entering and damaging the valve port of the pressure reducer.

(7) During vehicle maintenance, check the tightness of the inflation valve, pressure reducer, and pipeline clamp. If it is found to be loose, the clamp is missing and has no effect, and deal with it in time.

(8) During vehicle maintenance, use a torque wrench to measure to check whether the installation and tightening of the cylinder meet the requirements.

(9) Remove the sludge on the surface of the cylinder at any time, so as not to affect the technical performance of the cylinder valve and safety explosion-proof valve.

(10) Only after the gas in the system is released and all the valves of the gas cylinders are closed, the gas device can be repaired.

(11) When the high-pressure system fails, the driver shall not disassemble, modify, repair, adjust the pressure reducer, etc. by himself.

(12) Carefully fill in and keep the relevant technical data of compressed natural gas vehicles in accordance with relevant regulations and requirements.
