1. Level Up the Big Three: Woodcutting, Mining, and RuneScape gold Fishing
These are the classic money-makers for new and mid-level players. They’re low-risk, AFK-friendly, and scale well with skill level.
Woodcutting: From Trees to Yews
Start with regular trees, then move on to oak (lvl 15) and willows (lvl 30–60).
Once you hit level 60, begin chopping yew trees. At high levels with the Dragon Axe and tick manipulation, yew and even magic logs become profitable.
All logs can be sold directly at the Grand Exchange for gold.
Mining: Ore Riches
Begin with copper and tin, then move to iron ore at level 15–30.
At level 40+, start mining gold ore, coal, or mithril, depending on the market.
Motherlode Mine is a great semi-AFK method that gives a good mix of ores and consistent profits.
Gem rocks (especially in Shilo Village) offer a good cash return for higher-level miners.
Fishing: From Shrimp to Sharks
Start fishing shrimp or anchovies, then graduate to trout/salmon at Barbarian Village.
At level 40, begin fishing lobsters, and eventually work your way up to monkfish (lvl 62) and sharks (lvl 76).
Barbarian Fishing is also popular for cheap RuneScape gold those who want strength and agility XP while making some money.
